What draws me in
Exploring unfamiliar worlds, reacting under pressure, and surviving by the narrowest possible margin.
Game enthusiast · Amateur developer · Project maintainer
I'm blind, and I work as a translator and accessibility tester. In my free time, I develop personal projects and explore how to design games that blind people can genuinely play and enjoy. I'm 21—old enough to know better, still curious enough to try anyway.
A little about me
Games are where I relax, explore, compete, and—fairly often—get thoroughly humbled. I gravitate toward fast, tense worlds: first-person shooters, survival games, and RPGs are my usual territory.
Turn-based games, on the other hand, routinely expose my strategic limitations. This would be less funny if I were not maintaining an entire turn-based gaming platform. Thankfully, writing the rules and winning under them are two very different job descriptions.
Exploring unfamiliar worlds, reacting under pressure, and surviving by the narrowest possible margin.
Games and shared spaces that blind players can enter without being treated as an afterthought.
By making things, testing them with real people, and accepting that the first idea is rarely the final one.

Projects
One project for now—and, I hope, more to come.
Audio-first multiplayer gaming
PlayAural is a free, accessible online gaming platform designed around sound, keyboard play, and screen readers. It began with inspiration from—and was initially built upon—the open-source PlayPalace project, but has since grown into something substantially different.
I maintain it with co-developer RoryMichie, who was also one of PlayPalace's maintainers. PlayAural does not belong to me alone: players, translators, testers, and contributors continually shape it. I started it for a simple reason—I wanted somewhere to hang out, have fun with other people, and make the games I wanted to play.
It will remain free and online for as long as there are players who want to be there.
