Step 1: Open Settings by pulling down the Notification Shade or Quick Settings, then double-tap “Settings,” or locate the Settings icon on the Home or Apps screen.
Step 2: Scroll down toward the bottom, and swipe until you hear TalkBack read “Accessibility. TalkBack • Mono audio • Assistant menu,” then double-tap.
Step 3: Find and double-tap the “Visibility enhancements” option.
Step 4: Scroll to the middle of the screen, and listen for “Remove animations. Reduce screen effects. Useful if you are sensitive to screen animations or movement.” Then double-tap to enable this feature.
