Factorio is a game where you build and maintain automated factories. You will be mining resources, researching technologies, building infrastructure, and fighting enemies to produce items of increasing complexity within an infinite 2D world.
You begin by manually chopping trees, mining ores, and crafting transport belts and mechanical arms. However, you can quickly grow into an industrial powerhouse, with huge solar fields, oil refining, and fleets of construction and logistic robots to serve your needs. This heavy exploitation of the planet's resources does not sit well with the local creatures, so you must be prepared to defend yourself and your machine empire.
The game offers many ways to play. You can join forces with other players in cooperative multiplayer to create huge factories, add mods to completely overhaul the game, or try interesting challenges in the Scenarios. If you don't find a map you enjoy, you can even create your own with the in-game Map Editor, placing down terrain, enemies, and even custom scripts to make your own interesting gameplay.

To enable the game to work with accessibility mode, you need to use the mod named Factorio Access.
The download file provided here already includes this accessibility mod. You just need to launch the `launcher.exe` file and play.
However, if you own a legal version and not the unlocked version from this site, the official page for the Factorio Access mod is here: Factorio Access GitHub Page.
To better understand how to play, you can review the Factorio Access documentation below, which is also available on its official page:
- Basics: explains walking, the cursor, and building.
- UI: explains how menus and other controls work.
- Blueprints and Planners: explains how to use blueprints, blueprint books, deconstruction planners, and upgrade planners.
- Circuit Network: explains functionality applying specifically to the circuit network, such as how to drag wires.
Thank you to the developer of the Factorio Access mod for making this game playable by blind players!
